●Shipping Policy
 
Your order will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order during working days. 
If you choose ATL (Authority to leave),Nature's Greenway cannot be responsible for any loss or theft.  
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday).  
However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for 
the original  postal fee charged to you by Nature’s greenway. If your package is returned to us, 
we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We will happily provide product returns, exchange or refund (in the form of Gift Certificate) provided:

  • You have proof of purchase (original purchase receipt)
  • You purchased the product in the last 7 days
  • The items or goods received do not match the description of your order or damaged or defective

 For Goods Return, please call us at +61 9897 3800 to request a ReturnID. If  you are returning a damaged or defective item and want an exchange, we will  process your replacement order at this time.
